I'll respond as I'm interested in starting development once my current
project completes, but take this with little weight as I have not yet
contributed.

Tuesday 9am PST works best for me.

I might be able to make Thursday 9am, but with mandatory office time
on Wednesday/Thursday, I'd likely be mid-commute and only be able to
phone in.
